During an aesthetic circumcision consultation, male patients get to decide what their penis looks like without the foreskin.
A common desired result is the ‘high and tight’ look, where the foreskin is removed and retracted and the foreskin interior wall is now tight along the shaft, which has the added benefit of adding support to the shaft of the penis.

We use local anesthesia to ensure our patients feel minimal pain during the procedure, and they can walk and/or drive straight away from our clinic. Medication is provided to manage pain and erections, with Dr. Kim phoning in post-procedure to check on the patient's condition.
Post-op healing often takes around 3-4 weeks, based on the patient’s diligent aftercare.

Patients that are diabetic or pre-diabetic have a risk of increased bleeding following the procedure, so we highly recommend contacting us with a copy of your HBA1C blood test results to see if its medically safe.

Dr. Yong Kim is an experienced surgeon who has practiced in the finest hospitals and medical schools of America and South Korea over the decades. He opened Houston Circumcision in 2010 with the goal to offer men affordable access to adult circumcisions and male aesthetic enhancement procedures.
After thousands of successful male urology procedures since his first circumcision in 1989, Dr. Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and first-hand surgical experience to both to the consultation room and the operating table.
Domestically, he has both trained and taught at the Department of Surgery at Houston’s University of Texas Medical School as well as teaching as an Assistant Clinical professor at the world-renowned Baylor College of Medicine.
Outside of work, he devotes his hours to educating himself on new science, raising animals on his farm, and improving his golf game.
He speaks English, Korean, and Spanish.
